Our refund terms are designed to be clear, fair, and in line with UK consumer law. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before enrolling in any programme.
Last updated: 1 February 2026. This Refund Policy applies to all Dexivano programme enrolments made from 1 February 2026 onwards.
Dexivano is committed to being transparent about what our programmes involve before you enrol. We would rather you make an informed, considered decision than feel pressured into purchasing something that isn't right for your circumstances.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer purchasing a service online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the contract being formed (the date your enrolment is confirmed) without giving any reason.
This cooling-off right applies unless:
Where you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period and have not commenced the programme, you are entitled to a full refund of any amounts paid.
Where the programme has commenced within the 14-day period with your consent, we may deduct a proportional amount from the refund to reflect the services already provided. We will calculate this on a pro-rata basis and communicate the deduction clearly before processing the refund.
To exercise your right to cancel within the 14-day period, you must notify us in writing before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by:
We will acknowledge your cancellation by email and process your refund within 14 days of receiving notice of cancellation, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
If you wish to withdraw from a programme after the 14-day cooling-off period has passed, the following terms apply:
If you cancel before the programme start date and outside the 14-day cooling-off period, we will issue a refund of 75% of the total programme fee. The 25% retained covers administrative costs and reserved programme capacity.
If you cancel after the programme has started but within the first quarter of its scheduled duration (e.g., within the first three weeks of a twelve-week programme), we will issue a refund of 50% of the total programme fee.
If you cancel after the first quarter of the programme has elapsed, no refund will be issued. You may, at our discretion and subject to availability, be offered the option to defer your enrolment to a future programme cohort.
We recognise that life involves unexpected events. In cases of serious illness, bereavement, or other significant personal circumstances that prevent you from completing a programme, we will review your situation individually and compassionately. This may include a partial refund, a deferral, or an extended access period, depending on the circumstances.
Exceptional circumstances claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation where available. We will respond within 5 working days.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a programme — for example, due to insufficient enrolments or unforeseen circumstances — enrolled learners will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort. We will provide a minimum of 7 days' notice where possible.
Where a programme is materially changed after enrolment in a way that you consider unreasonable, please contact us to discuss the situation. We will aim to resolve any such concerns fairly.
The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:

If you remain unsatisfied after our internal review process, you may be entitled to seek redress through alternative dispute resolution or through the courts. Your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law are not affected by this policy.
